Deposit limits and control tools
You can set your own deposit limits over a period of 24 hours to 1 week. During the chosen period, a limit can be lowered but not raised. Other tools help keep your payments in check:
- wager, loss and session-time limits;
- a cooling-off period of 1 to 48 hours, during which no deposits or bets are possible;
- self-exclusion for at least 1 day, or indefinitely, requested by email;
- access to your gaming history.

Deposit-related verification
Once your cumulative deposits exceed €2,000, full KYC verification becomes mandatory. It is also triggered by any withdrawal request or any transaction flagged as suspicious.
Documents to have ready
- Official photo ID, valid for at least 3 more months.
- Selfie with that ID.
- Bank statement or utility bill less than 3 months old.
- Photo of the front and back of your deposit card: first 6 and last 4 digits visible, CVV/CVC covered.

We apply a risk-based anti-money laundering policy with three levels of checks: simplified (SDD), standard (CDD) and enhanced (EDD) for high-risk customers or large transactions.
